Things have been rough and the past few months haven’t exactly been the nicest, but you’re tougher than that. You were already slowly getting better. Always remember to never let it get the best of you, because you can do it, I’ve seen you do it before. Don’t think it’s back to square one, think that its a minor hiccup you could easily overcome.

Inhale. Exhale. Throw away that heavy feeling, and always choose not to carry that around.

Stay happy – genuinely happy. I know that you have a happy heart, allow that to overcome you and infect others with it. No, don’t just project an image. Be it. Live it. Be and live, believe in the image you want yourself to be.

You are great, don’t allow yourself to bring you down. You got this, don’t allow yourself to tell you otherwise. Lift yourself up, only you could do that. Be patient with yourself. Don’t beat yourself up if you can’t seem to get it, because these things take time. Don’t worry about how long it takes. Focus on the process, focus on you.

Never say that you can’t take it anymore, because you’ve been through tough times and you would never be given a situation you can’t handle. Remember that this will only make you stronger. Always remember that you are a strong woman. Always remember that strong women can also be vulnerable. Strong women can break once in a while. That’s okay – allow yourself to be. Allow yourself to feel. But don’t forget to pick yourself up and heal.

Do this for you, you will benefit from all this and soon enough people around you will too. Do this for you, you will feel lighter, love better and see the world in a different light. Do this for you. Don’t allow your thoughts and emotions to be kept contained cause it will eat you up alive. Don’t ignore your thoughts and emotions cause it will catch up to you. Own it – understand it, listen to yourself. Try your best to understand yourself so you could help yourself out. You’re the only one who knows what goes on in your head. Listen to yourself, you know you have your options laid out – and always remember to choose the best positive option. Write what you feel, cry a river if you must, work it out – just let it out in anyway you can because it will be healthy for you to do so.

But always keep in mind the people around you, because you are not alone in this battle. There are people that want to help you, so stop pushing them away by lashing out and letting your frustrations get the best of you. Patiently and calmly explain, cause they won’t understand the first time, the second time, the third time. But they will try, they will try really hard to understand. Learn that its okay if they don’t understand, because what’s important is that they will try. They will give you unsolicited advice, and even if you don’t want to or need to hear it – take it and absorb it. They aren’t attacking you – they’re trying to reach in and pull you out of your hole. Help them pull yourself out. Help them, help you. Help you, help yourself.

I know you’re tired. I know you want to give up on yourself because you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders and you feel that weight carrying over to the people around you. It’s okay. It’s all going to be okay. Please, don’t give up on yourself because the people around you aren’t giving up on you. Don’t give up on yourself, I urge you not to. I know it feels like such a slow and heavy process, but trust me – you’re so close. You’re getting better, and it’s only a matter of time until all of this is over.

Remember, you are amazing. You are loved. You are strong. You can do this, you got this. Now, say a little prayer and get up. Let’s conquer this together.
