2 Nigerians Arrested In India While Selling Cocaine To Students. The Central Crime Branch on Monday arrested two Nigerian nationals from northeast Bengaluru for possessing contraband drugs.

The sleuths from the Women and Narcotics wing seized 10 gm of cocaine, four mobiles, two laptops, two passports, a portable weighing scale, a two-wheeler and Rs 2,000 from them. The suspects are identified as Igbanugo Chibuike (27) and Nwatu Darlington Chijioke (34).

CCB sleuths arrested the duo from a rented house in Doddagubbi in Bilishivale village where Chibuike was living. Chijioke was a resident of TC Palya in Bengaluru. Kothanur police have registered a case and are investigating.

The suspects were caught red-handed while selling cocaine to College Students in their school environs after a tip-off.

The suspects were reported to have attempted to escape arrest by jumping off from the Third Floor of the building during arrest but they were prevented from doing so.

In the process of scuffling with the policemen, Chijioke reportedly attacked the police inspector. He was said to have sunk his teeth on the police inspector’s shoulder, biting him in the process.
